Due to the limited appointments available during my events, there is a booking fee to hold your spot. Booking fee will go toward final sale at the time of the appointment. I respectfully require cancellation or reschedules at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. In the event that adequate notice is not given your booking fee will be forfeited.

*BOOKING FEE IS ONLY TO HOLD YOUR SPOT. Permanent Jewelry price varies with chain style and length.  Prices are from $7-$40 per inch.

Must be 18 years or or older or a parent must sign the waiver. To fill out paperwork and waiver in advance, please download and email completed forms to tommicrystal@gmail.com or print and bring to your appointment.

Chains may vary but can be pre-ordered to ensure availability. Please order 2 weeks prior to your appointment. All 14K white, yellow and rose gold MUST be pre-ordered 2 weeks prior to your booking and will be subject to a re-stocking fee if appointment is cancelled. Make sure you note what event you will be attending and don't forget to reserve your spot above! (If you pre-order your chain, your booking fee will be refunded at the time of appointment.)

You DO NOT have to pre-order your chain unless you are wanting solid 14K Gold chain. I will have several options available at the time of your appointment in sterling silver and gold filled!
